Kate Middleton’s topless photos: “What she did was daft” – Piers Morgan

Controversial and outspoken CNN presenter, Piers Morgan, has aired his view about Kate Middleton’s naked pictures that were published by French magazine, Closer. The Life Stories anchor, did not have kind words for the Duchess and those in her security team, insisting they would have known better.

” There’s a reason The Queen’s never been photographed topless or playing naked billiards. It’s called, ironically, ‘common sense’,” he tweeted. “Of course Kate’s entitled to privacy, and this was a grotesque invasion, but sunbathing topless near a public road’s just daft.

He also had a go at the security team, daring them to always speak up when they have to.

“It’s time royal protection officers learned the words: ‘Maybe put your clothes back on here, Sir/Ma’am – just in case?’”

As it usually the case, he was attacked by his followers, who felt he was being too harsh. But he never backed down.

“I think people are missing the point. The royals’ privacy is never going to be ‘respected’ by foreign paps, regardless of UK regulations.

“So the ONLY guaranteed way for royals not to be photographed naked is by not stripping off in places they could possibly be photographed.”

It is being reported that the royal family is considering suing the magazine.
