Rihanna picks up her award

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, was held at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles yesterday.

The event which was hosted by Kevin Hart, had those in the A-list bracket of American entertainment in attendance. And here are those who went home with the awards:
