Terrence J replaces Ryan Seacrest as new co-host of E! News
E! Network has confirmed that Terrence Jenkins, will replace Ryan Seacrest, as the new co-host of E! News, alongside Giuliana Rancic. The former BET’s 106 and Park host, will begin his hosting gig on November 12.
“Terrence Jenkins is a talented and well-connected television personality who will bring an original sensibility to our news programs,” a statement from E! Network read. “Coupled with lead anchor Giuliana Rancic’s proven experience, Jenkins’ arrival should help cement ‘E! News” stature as the leading source for news across pop culture.”
Seacrest quit his position as E! News anchor in January this year, because of his very hectic schedule. He is the host of American Idol, he is also the executive producer of a lot of reality shows and anchors a daily radio morning show.
